Title: Boundedness of elliptic Calabi–Yau varieties.
Abstract: In this talk, I will survey recent results and ideas in the study of boundedness of varieties. In particular, I will focus on varieties admitting an elliptic fibration, devoting special attention to the case of elliptic Calabi–Yau varieties. In this context, I will also explain how the Kawamata-Morrison Cone Conjecture enters the picture. This talk is based on recent works in collaboration with Di Cerbo, Birkar and Di Cerbo, and Filipazzi and Hacon.
