The crepant resolution conjecture in Donaldson-Thomas theory -- John Calabrese, October 12, 2018

Donaldson-Thomas theory is a curve-counting theory closely related to Gromov-Witten theory. I will discuss the proof of a comparison formula for DT invariants, which takes place in the context of the McKay correspondence. The formula was conjectured by Bryan-Cadman-Young, and the proof is joint work with Beentjes and Rennemo.
