The Mathematics department organizes two help rooms as places for students to seek assistance with material that comes up in their mathematics courses. These rooms are staffed by graduate students and undergraduate teaching assistants.
Help Rooms will close for the semester after the last day of class on Dec 9.
Barnard Help Room
The Salmasi Computational Science/Math Collaboration Space is intended for students needing help with:
- College Algebra/Analytic Geometry
- Calculus I
- Calculus II
- Calculus III
Columbia Help Room
This room is intended for students needing help with:
- Calculus IV
- Accelerated Multi-Variable Calculus
- Honors Math A/B
- Intro to Higher Math
- Linear Algebra, ODE, & Analysis & Optimization
- All other upper-level mathematics courses (UN2xxx, UN3xxx, and UN4xxx courses)
