Equivalences via categorical sl(2) actions

The cotangent bundles of complementary Grassmannians G(k,N) and
G(N-k,N) are    
related by a stratified Mukai flop. We illustrate how to use
categorical        
sl(2) actions to construct a natural equivalence between their
derived          
categories (of coherent sheaves). The resulting equivalence
generalizes         
Seidel-Thomas twists. This is joint work with J. Kamnitzer and
A. Licata.
