Title: Local topology of singularities

Abstract: 
We will discuss the local topology of singularities. The
recents
results show it could have any arbitrary homotopic type in
general. Even for
log canonical singularity, it still could be quite complicated
as examples
show. However, in this talk, we will see that when we restrict
to klt
singularities, the local topology gets much simpler.
