Holomorphic surgery and topology of moduli spaces

 My talk is about moduli of bundles on surfaces and threefolds.
 The first main theorem describes changes on the topology of
 moduli of bundles, that are induced by a birational
 transformation of the base.  The second main result is a proof
 of the Atiyah-Jones conjecture for rational surfaces.
