A higher dimensional analog of the moduli space of stable
pointed rational curves -- Angela Gibney

I will introduce a smooth
projective variety T_{d,n} that compactifies the space of configurations of n
distinct points on affine d-space up to translation and homothety.  I will
illustrate that T_{d,n} shares many of the combinatorial and structural
advantages of \overline{M}_{0,n}.
