On the Conley Index for Homogeneous Critical Points

The Conley Index is a generalization of the Morse Index.  In this talk we will find out how to calculate the 
Conley Index for isolated degenerate critical points on R^n.  Using this method we will construct examples with 
interesting Conley Index.
