Title: An introduction to Morse Theory

Morse theory is a powerful tool which relates the topology of a
manifold to the critical points of "good" functions defined on the
manifold.  Starting with a reminder about quadratic forms, we'll
discuss the basics of Morse theory and some of its applications.
The speaker will attempt to stay calm.
