Ritt and Kolchin Lectures

All of the named lectures in the Department this spring will be devoted to algebraic geometry: Eduard Looijenga will deliver the Joseph Fels Ritt Lectures on Thursday and Friday, February 3 and 4; and Claire Voisin will deliver the Ellis R. Kolchin Memorial Lecture on Friday, March 11.

The Columbia Algebraic Geometry Seminar takes place on Fridays from 2 to 3 pm in 417 Mathematics Hall on the Columbia campus. All are welcome.
