Hello World!
I am a fifth-year graduate student studying mathematics at Columbia University. My advisor is Andrei Okounkov. Very broadly, my interests lie at the intersection of algebraic geometry, representation theory, and mathematical physics. In particular I am interested in enumerative geometry. Lately I've been thinking about various flavors of Donaldson-Thomas theories.
I graduated in June 2016 from the University of Waterloo, where I majored in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics.
I am on the job market this year! Here is my CV.
News/Updates
- (Oct 20) I will give a talk in the Joint CUHK-Harvard-YMSC Differential Geometry seminar on my work on self-duality in quantum K-theory.
- (Oct 13) I will give a beginner-friendly tutorial in Columbia's Informal Math Physics seminar on computational aspects of Donaldson-Thomas theory, based on my SageMath code.
- I gave a talk at Perimeter on my recent work relating quasimaps and Donaldson-Thomas theory. (Paper, recording, notes)
